Q. How do I order printing from you?

A. There are a couple of paths for ordering printing from us. The first is to send email directly to our email nick@cnbestprint.com or cnbestprint@gmail.com. The other way to place an order from us is use the send message function in the bottom of each page to send message to us. Or you can fill the form in here.

 
Q. What if I only need to send you a file?

A. If you need to send a file, you can use the Send a File.

 
Q. Where can I see a list of all your products?

A. For Digital printing product, you can see list of here. For Offset printing product, you can see list of here. For advertising display product, you can see list of here. Select an item from the list to visit its order page.

 
Q. Can I get a price quote before ordering from you?

A. Yes. There are two ways to do this. Many of our items contain detailed pricing information. When hit into each item page, that pricing information will show you how much it is. If you have a custom order with special pricing requirements, we recommend you fill out our Custom Printing Quote form or send email to us. We’ll then review the details of your order and present you with a quote as quickly as we can.

 
Q. How do I pay for my printing?

A. We have multiple options for paying for your printing, cash, Paypal, Westernunion, T/T, L/C. Any option is up to you.

 
Q. What options are available for picking up or shipping my order?

A. We offer express, air-shipping and sea ocean shipping, as well as free local delivery in Guangzhou city. If you prefer to pick up your order, you can do that, too. You’ll be given the opportunity to choose a pick-up/delivery option when you place your order.

 
Q. How can I check on the status of an order after I have placed it?

A. We’ll alert you by email whenever the status of an order changes. If you need to know the status right now, you can contact us by phone or by email.

 
Q. I need to reorder something I’ve ordered from you in the past. How can I do that?

A. Reorders are easy on our website. We will keep all of our order record in our order database. Just provide your invoice number and the date to us. Then we will reorder to you from the data.
